We played a practice game against some of the guys today. The boys that showed up were Cardarrell, Luke, Kyle, Chris, Darren, Cheston...I think that's it. In the end, the boys had 79, we had 60. But they were being WAYWAYWAY too rough, and we did everything as we were supposed to, so it was ok!!! I got a few points, and a few rebounds, I actually had fun!!! Chris had to guard me, but I had to guard Cardarrell. I can't stand Chris, he's so arrogant and he thinks he's the best!!!!! That makes me mad...Luke does too, but he isn't near as bad as Chris!!! Cheston was an airplane today He would make plane noises as he was running down court, and go "pow" if he shot or got a rebound. That was too funny!! It was ok... the girls Varsity team has NEVER gotten 60 points before. We did today!!! I got to play a lot, which I was very excited about!! Well, I guess I'm totally boring you with this, sorry!!! Bye!!!

It was pretty fun!!

It's a lot for us anyway, but our varsity boys have gotten over 100 points in games before

I'm 5ft7.5, the tallest girl on our team is Brandie I think, she is around 5ft9 I think.

I'm from Alabama, in the south, if that's what you mean, lol

I have a little story to tell. Tomorrow night we have been invited to have dinner at - - Don and Nancy-pants house! I kid you not! But let me just tell you why.

Couple weeks ago the phone rings.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_4_23.gif' border=0></a>

It was Nancy-pants.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_1_1.gif' border=0></a> She was still recovering from her tonsil-removal surgery, which by the way, has done nothing for that nasal-ly voice of hers.

To get to the point, she asked for a favor. A thousand deaths I died at the sound of those words.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_11_5.gif' border=0></a> She's still recovering! I thought - she's going to want me to take those hellions or something! I just knew it.

But no, luckily it was my DH who she wanted the favor from<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_15_3.gif' border=0></a>. Their kitchen faucet isn't acting right, she wants him to come and look at it. Well they live about 50 minutes from here, which is a good thing believe me. But it's not just up the road. So I asked her if he could take a look at it when we come up for Brock's birthday barbeque, which Don had invited us to.

Nancypants said "Oh, that was just Don talking. We already had a little something for Brock's bday." I said, "hmm, OK. Well it would have worked out well for us to just do both things at once, I'll talk to DH and see when he thinks he could get up there."

She kind of huffed and said "well, we can cook for you if you want us to." Like we were requiring a meal in exchange for this service. Like I'm a mooch. Hello! So, I played along. "Well, yes, as a matter of fact, a meal would be nice" said I.

She fumbled about for a few minutes and asked me to pick a day and I told her when we were available. She said I might as well invite the in-laws and DHB and her lot. She is soooo kind, really too much. She said "oh, it's no big deal, believe me, Don will be doing all the cooking."

So off we go tomorrow night to the big house.
