:Pinkbounc check out my timer:teeth: :Pinkbounc

I think we are going to the Studios on May 23---We want to experience the Star Wars weekend---well maybe for part of that Sunday....we are not sure of what to plan----
We may drive down Sat. get a offsite and go register at POP early Sun--Early entry at MK then hop over to MGM and then who knows...

I was thinking getting ps for the ice cream social (we are getting 5 day regular hoppers so parks on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wed., and Thursday----4 nights at POP Century---still working details on Thursday night). Jessie will be going to her country club for the week. We want to see different fireworks and maybe SpectroMagic) I think we will be at AK on that Monday and MK at night, Tues will be either studios or Epcot in the am and maybe MK at night, Wed ?, and thursday---definitely time at MK.

We ate at Alfredo's and the Rose and Crown on our honeymoon in 96....wow so much has changed in 8 years.:earseek:

Did I mention that this is like a secret trip---we are not telling many people about it.

Oh, it's a secret... I guess we can't know to set up a meeting, and I guess we can't tell Nieceosaurus & Nephosaurus...

SSSSSHHHHHHHH!

:bounce:

Son of a biscuit! I just lost a long post. Damned these colors!!

As I was saying when I was so rudely interrupted...

DHB, save the ciminin ones for me. I'm not picky. :teeth:

Kadaten, what did DH say when you mentioned October???? :hyper: (And tell Abbie "Great Job!")

llebrekniT, you go girl! (Did I ever tell you that I know how to clean a dog's anal gland? ::yes:: :snooty: )

RickinNYC, I'm with you. But Clay just may not yet have realized his "gayness". (ooo, bad sentence. Let me try again. Maybe Clay doesn't know he is gay yet.)

Cheeringmom, you don't want Sam to marry Clay, do you? Can you imagine how boring it would be being married to him? I think his idea of having a little fun would be to wear stripes and plaids to the church potluck. :p And I don't even want to think about what s** would be like. Ewwwww.

:earseek: Sorry about that little rant. I think I need to get a cape and put a big "O" on my chest. I can be "Opinion Woman".

OF and NCBelle, isn't the planning half the fun? :hyper: I love going through my Disney books in preparation.

Bichon Barb, we finally found your super power.....

:bounce:

Thank you! Thank you very much! :teeth:

My mommy says I am very brave and that I should have been a veterinarian. ::yes::

Its really a secret from our families and some friends--basically our families are driving us crazy  . We can meet up. I not sure when NC Beast is off before that Sunday. We are probably driving Sat. 5/22 and early am on Sun. registering for 4 nights at Pop Century. We are getting 5 day park hoppers and ressies through dreams unlimited. We have no set plans than those. We are probably get a room off-site Thursday. Friday, we are going home and hopefully pick up Jessie by Sat. am. We may pop in St. Augstine on the way down and visit the Bishop (he was promoted and transferred a couple of times in the past ? years-have not seen him in at least 3 years) who married us if he is not too busy. Oh, then MIL will know---scratch that idea.

Bichon Barb-- I was too busy in 1996 to plan the WDW part of honeymoon---we didn't have ressies-just the 4 day hopper plus tix. I have been reading the books at Barnes and Noble--not sure which to pick---its NC Beast who afraid of me getting close to being commando.

We just want to have fun.

Well, we are getting there late Saturday night, 1BR at VWL, and are leaving on Memorial day. We have tickets for 3 DVC events, and are planning a dinner with cadburysmom, and may get two nieces on the second weekend, and did I mention that Nephosaurus has already called dibs on the TV in the main room?

EPCOT 5/25 8:30-Midnight
Magic Kingdom 5/26 8:30-Midnight
Saratoga Springs 5/27 (sometime during the day to see the new hotel)
Dinner at Ohana's with cadburysmom 5/30 8:40PM (no PS made)

Here are the plans so far...

Oops. I just reread that. I thought you were rolling your eyes at my ability to doctor my dogs, but I see it was directed at my superpower.

:p

NC Beast only has maybe up to 5/29 off---his job has been known to change its mind about approved leave at the last minute (he could not join me in KY (found out 3 days beforehand---hopefully this and the last wknd in June (? on our location) is still approved--we like to celebrate our anniversary early:D

cadburysmom--too bad we miss each other at WDW--we should meet sometime at one of the Malls locally.

I want to do ToT this time and maybe MS.
MK---Peter Pan, Dumbo, Splash Mountain, the Philharmonic ?, Tea cups, IASW (before its rehab---the last time we went, we took flash pictures of the whole ride:earseek: --and accidently got double prints-I swear-we were not drinking), the train, Pooh, and Buzz. We might get to do almost everything this time---I don't remember a whole lot of what we did in the parks that week.

Tell NCBeast to relax, a Disney Commando is a Happy Commando. My favorite book for the last 8 years has been the newest edition of Bob Sehlinger's Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World. DH bought me the Passporter this year, which is great for planning and organizing, but the UG is much better, IMHO, at telling you the real skinny on everything. I don't want sugar-coated Disney from a guide. I want the good, the bad and the ugly, all mixed together. Is that a QOTD... Do you use any particular guide book for your Disney trips, and if so, which one?

llebrekniT, you are so talented. If I had tried to splice a wire, I would have shorted out the entire neighborhood. (How do you think we had that blackout up here in Ohio? Shhh... don't tell on me!)

Barb ... cleaning out canine anal glands may beat blood pudding for grossness. <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_2_5.gif' alt='Vomit 2' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_14_1.gif' alt='Pooper Scooper' border=0></a> YOU GO, GIRLFRIEND!!!

Bichon Barb--we can meet up sometime--I have relatives throughout NY state.
I take Jessie to the vet and gladly pay the $10-15 to get her "expressed"....ewww...yuck...

Wiring 101 story from the OhanaFamily 4th grade diary ... as retold several years later...

GALT experiment to create an electro magnet...wrap an iron nail in a loop of wire, connect one side to a big battery, and when the other side is connected the nail becomes a powerful magnet.

How powerful can I make a magnet, thought I ... Hmmm, here is a railroad spike, some really thick wire, and a pluggy attachment for the wall (I didn't know the difference from AC to DC).....

BZZZZT.....(can you say Inductive Loop)

OK, I knocked out the breaker for the plug, the room, the building, and the 2 other connected buildings. It took almost an hour to get the power back on. I admitted to it on my 10th high school reunion (well after the statute of limitations passed)

:bounce:

That's right! It's called expressing. Of course, it has to be done before I am giving them a bath. Speaking of which, I need to make them an appointment for grooming. They are looking a little raggedy.

QOTD: I used to use Birnbaum's guide, but for the last trip I bought the Unofficial Guide. Love the restaurant reviews in that one.

Where in NY Cadburysmom? I'm smack in the center.

BichonBarb, do you know where Camp Saranac is? My DD15 is going there for a Young Life camp in early June. All I know at this point is it is in NY and is supposed to be beautiful.

ohana, I can say "Inductive Loop" but I can also say "ݼܵÄÄǂ€Æ½¾ùÖµ" and they mean the same to me!!! Are you a very left-brained person?

Doesn't anyone want to visit lovely, beautiful Ohio?
