I feel like a schmuck. Just stoppin' in to respond to LEWSKI and KATATEN.
I'll test the waters regarding staying an extra day.

It's probably do-able. As a matter of fact, DH and I were just talking about the trip. He asked me what the plans were. He's jealous and now wants to take a business trip during Feb break to visit his three principles in Florida.

(Okay, that should take two days--then we are talking five vacation days.)
Flights -- There are no direct flights to MCO from Syracuse. I know, it sucks!

The only thing close is Transmeridian, but they land in Sanford--which I think is an hour away from Orlando. I do believe they have a shuttle.
My other option is using the company's AmEx points for a free ticket on either USAirways, Contintental or, I think, Delta. Actually, I think you need 25,000 points. Right now we have around 24,000 points. But I'm sure I can get 25,000 points in the next couple months. Believe me, if I could spend $200 and get direct flight to MCO, I'd do it, but I'd have to drive 1.5 hours to Rochester, pay for parking, and have to leave in wee hours of the morning. Fuggetaboutit. I'll do a SYR to MCO search tomorrow and let you know.
One more thing, if we leave on a Saturday, I need to get going, because flights sell out quickly.
