I LOVE the photography. Beautiful. I can certainly see your husband in your sons. So cute!

Here is a really stupid question -

Who is Prince Caspian? Where is he from?
He's cute. I'd like to have a picture of my daugher with him.

Aww...thanks!!:flower3: I love photography. I'd love to be able to do something with it someday, but for the moment I'm happy just to enjoy it as a hobby.

Ok, I'll forgive this because you don't watch Disney movies....

:rotfl:

He's the title character from the second "Chronicles of Narnia" movie/book. It came out last spring, so when we went in September it was still a big feature at the Studios, at the Journey Into Narnia exhibit. This guy was SO in-character, he was amazing!!

He made me wish I was about 20 years younger....:lovestruc

Ah, yes. I thought it sounded familiar. I know The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. I saw the movie and would like to see it again.

I love photography too!

Hello all! Checking in live from Saratoga! We picked the girls up from school around 3:30 and headed straight to Disney. Ok, we stopped at Starbucks first, then headed to Disney. We arrived around 5:30. There was traffic. :headache:

After checking in to our room, we jumped on a bus for the Magic Kingdom. Though all the parks closed early tonight, MK was open until 9 and that was enough. (Epcot had EMH, but we're there all day tomorrow.)

First, we headed for the Noodle Station to find it closed. Then we went to Buzz Lightyear. The line was about 20 minutes.

Next we went to Cosmic Rays for dinner. We're doing the dining plan, so we had lots of food. Next, we saw the line for the race cars was short. DH practically pulled us into the line. DD drove my car. I think I need a lawyer and should be wearing a neck brace. That child will not be driving any time soon.

Before we left, my almost 3 year old insisted she was going to ride a roller coaster. So we headed to Goofy's Barnstormer next. She told me she wa going to scream "WOOOOOH" the whole time. And she did. She loved it! When we got off, the CM handed her a card saying she had her first rollercoaster ride on Goofy's Barnstormer. Gawrsh!

We tried to get in for Pixie Hollow, but it closed at 8. We had less than a half hour left and wanted to get in all we could. The DD's and I jumped on the Tea Cups. DH refused. Then we all rode Pooh. Since we still had some time left, we practically ran to Snow White. But it was closed. Then a vision of LegoMom appeared in my head. "Ride Dumbo! Ride Dumbo!" So we ran to Dumbo to watch the fireworks from the air. The DD"s and I got in line while DH parked the stroller. Then we had our first piece of non-Disney behavior in a long time. The CM refused to allow DH to join us because it was 9 and the line was closed. DD9 said she felt bad and wanted to get out of line. I told her this was not something her Daddy would want her to miss. And it wasn't. We were the last ride of the day and it ended just before the finale. We were walking off as the finale started. LegoMom was right. Best. Ride. Ever.

Night all! I'll check back in tomorrow.

Good morning.

Mean Queen, where are you staying? (Does anyone else know in case she doesn't come back? Too busy at Disney and all.) Aw, card stating 1st Rollar Coaster Ride, how sweet.

I really should start some cleaning and get it over with. I look forward to when my daughter calls for a ride home. She went with some friends to the University of Southern Maine for the night. They know a lot of people from their High School that go there. One of her friends goes there often to stay with her boyfriend. You always feel better after they are home. I remind myself in about 6 months she will be at college and I will never know what she is doing. :scared1:

Mean Queen - SO jealous!!!!:rotfl: Yes, I know we'll be able to hop over there very soon, but the DVC thing is sooooo very far away in our lives, if ever. (Sadie she's staying at the Saratoga Springs Resort!!). However, I will be very happy to be able to haul my little pop-up camper up to Fort Wilderness!!!:cloud9:

Well today promises to be a "warm" day (for NH, anyway!). This is a big packing day and I don't know how many trips we'll end up making to the dump!

I thought she was going to Saratoga but was not positive. I bet it's beautiful there. I'm looking forward to a little warmer temps for a few days. I'm sick of being cold. I would LOVE to stay at Fort Wilderness in our pop-up too. However, I don't see us hauling it down. :lmao: I look forward to someday being able to stay at Fort Wilderness. Actually I would like that opportunity just about at any resort. Just get me there!

Happy Packing. ;)

creativeamanday, :cool1: Hooray for a contract! :cool1:

All the kids at darcare have colds. UGH 3 started potty training yesterday. Lots of nose and butt wiping the last few days. Ahhhhhh WEEKEND

My brother and I are taking the dogs for a walk on the ice. Guess it's time to get the ski pants out and bundle up.

I hope you wipe in the proper order. Sorry, I couldn't resist. DD had her play last night & tonight. It was hysterical. It's Willy Wonka, Jr.

Ewwwwwww :rotfl2:

Willy Wonka Jr, that sounds fun. :lmao:

I just realized when I read Mean Queens post, I read "checking in from Sarasota" instead of Saratoga. :rotfl2: DUH That's why I was confused. I thought how did she get to Sarasota after checking into her room.

Frank 'sploded!!

Hey, speaking of 'sploded.....TK, heard from Tink lately???? Where has she been and can she 'splain?!.....:rotfl:

No, srsly, where is that girl??!

I'm just trying to kill some time b/c all I can think about is crawling into my warm bed. I got a lot done around the house today, but there is plenty more to do. I thought about staying up until my daughter gets home, but she can talk to me in my bedroom when she gets here. She doesn't get out of work till 9pm. She had a pretty mellow night at the college last night which is fine with me. ;)

LegoMom, did you get lots of packing done?

Hi SadieDog....

I got some done. Not as much as I wanted. I was overwhelmed with the stuff in the boys' room !! I got 95% of their books packed (left out some to read with DS7 for his practice). I'm going through another round of panic over all this so I just wasn't very motivated today! DH did get a bunch of stuff to the dump, though.

You should feel good about what you did finish and it's always great to get rid of stuff at the dump. We should do that too. Take a deep breath, things usually work out somehow in the end.

My son talked me into piling on the blankets and staying up with him to watch a Lord of The Rings movie. It's pretty hard for me to resist LOTR. Problem is once I watch 1, I want to watch the others. It gets a little obsessive. Of course this is coming from someone who named 3 cats after LOTR. :rotfl2:

How on Earth do you people do a full week at Disney? Just a day in a half a the parks and I'm exhausted. :faint:

Today was Epcot. After DD2 (almost 3) told me all the costumes she told me to pack were too itchy to wear, we finally got them out of the house about a half hour later than I wanted. We still managed to get to the park a little after 9:30. We had 10:15 reservations for the Princess Storybook breakfast at Norway. DH made a quick rush to Test Track to get a fast pass while I took a quick trip through Mousegears to check out the mousendise. So much stuff, but for a much later time.

We walked through the World Showcase to Norway, but everything else was closed. Even most of the Norway store was closed, except for a little cart outside and the front area. They were selling plenty of crowns and costumes there, of course. We got to Norway early, and luckily got sat a little earlier. When we first walked in, we met with Belle for the pictures included in the breakfast. There was lots of fresh fruit at the buffet and a plate of eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese potatoes. Okay food, not great. But DD's reaction to the Princesses was priceless. We saw Princess Aurora, Snow White, Jasmine, and Mulan. Each one made my DD happier and more excited.

After breakfast, we figured it was time to work it off. We stopped at the Kim Possible kiosk in Norway to get an assignment. DO NOT do this UNLESS you have lots of time and energy. We got a ticket there to start our mission at 11:45 at the International Gateway. Yes, all the way across the lake in 45 minutes. We decided first to use our Fast Passes at Test Track. But DD2 was just an inch short, so DH and DD9 went, while we got a rider switch pass and headed to check out the cars. It was getting close to 11:45 so we headed back to get on the boat. Since it is slow season, only one boat was running to one spot in the countries. So we made it a little late to start our mission, but it didn't matter. I won't get too into the Kim Possible thing. But it sends you to different spots in different countries. When you find what you're looking for, it sometimes sets off cool stuff in the displays. But after doing 3 missions (sometimes you get 1, sometimes more) we were tired.

We stopped in Mexico (our next mission) and took a break on the ride. DD2 loves it because she loves "Nonald Nuck." We just enjoyed sitting after 2 hours of catching the bad guys.

With 4 hours to our dinner, we headed to the front. We did the coolest new thing at Innoventions. You can put yourself in a video game! I'll try to add a link once we get home. Next we headed to ride Nemo and check out the fish. We never look at the fish, so our DD's both enjoyed it. There was still time so we headed to Journey into the Imagination. This is a family favorite. I apologize to those in our car for our singing the song so loudly. :rolleyes1 We got the girls picture done into a puzzle! I never saw that before (though we rarely look at those extras.)

Our stomachs were growling since we hadn't eaten since breakfast. So we walked over to the Land to check in early at the Garden Grill and color at the Kidcot station. We got called to sit pretty quick. Yummy! The food was great and we got to see a few characters twice. Some really interacted with the girls. Though by the second go round, DD2 was getting tired and just curled up next to me.

On our way to Mousegears, she fell asleep. So we had plenty of time to buy her birthday presents without her knowing. :rotfl2:

Next, DD9 and I went to use our Rider Switch pass at Test Track. I love that ride. After this, we were so tired we headed back to the bus. But DD2 woke up. Our plans of an early night were over.

Back at the hotel, we headed to the pool to wear the girls out more. And to rest in the hot tub. Now, we're hoping the girls go to sleep before we do. Though that's not likely.

HAVE FUN! I will be there live starting this Friday, the 20th until next Tuesday, the 24th from the Coronado Springs!

Good morning. Another warmer day in the 40's today. I'm hoping for no breeze. That makes it feel colder. I really should give my dogs a bath, but I don't know if I am up to it. Maybe if someone will help me.

Mean Queen, thanks, I enjoyed reading about your day.
