Sounds great!! But you might want to re-phrase the "we'll provide the leis". I can just see snarky teens running with that. How about something simple like...."we'll provide the rest". But that's just my opinion.

They are still calling for snow tomorrow. Friday afternoon I was wearing shorts.

And as far as lightning storms go, last snow we had, we had thunder accompanying the snow storm. Weirdest thing I ever witnessed, I'll tell you.

I don't think I can begin to express the giddyness I'm experiencing in knowing I am now in the final 30 days of having to live with this weather....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it snowed all day yesterday BBRRRRRRR..... I was so sad I want spring to come already! I hate the cold always have. dh and I talked about it and we have been thinking about moving somewhere warmer when then kids get out of school.

I wish we had the thunder storms and not the snow!

I can't wait for spring either. I'm really looking forward to some warmer temps.

Well, DH, DS, and I just got back from looking at a house. It was not our cup of tea. But it was great to meet the realtor face to face after numerous e-mails, and now he really has a better feel of what we're looking for. In that sense, it was a productive day.

In addition to the grocery shopping and work out I squeezed in earlier, I'm feeling pretty good.

That and my stack of library books makes me soooooo happy. By the by, I'm not always sweetness and light, but I had a little rant earlier today, and I think my estrogen is trying to balance out again and make up for it.

And since we're starting the day by talking about buying houses, I guess this is as good a time as any to tell you all that we have sold ours....



We're still waiting for all those dumb little details to fall into place, but assuming they all do, we'll be moving by the end of March. Except I'm not sure exactly where, yet.... Yes, I'm all about Florida and in a different world I'd be all over that. But, in this world in this economy, with an 8% unemployment rate in FL, well, it's a big jump to just move on down and "hope" DH can find a job with a sustainable, living wage. That's a big gamble. We have a couple of other things in the works and I'll post more on that when I have more detail. But I thought it was high time to post my house news!

We're hoping that the emergency additive our builder told us to use can tide us over for at least a week. But, oh well, it's just one of those things. Rather have the thing in my hands than worry about whether or not the landlord is gonna get to it soon.

My computer keeps freezing and it can be difficult to get it going again. We ran a scan and it says threats have been resolved.
