This was not a good first show for LegoMom to see. They all stunk for the most part. I hate the new format. I prefered where they went to 24 then slowly from there. This time, the top male, top female, and next top vote getter go through to the top 12. That means that the top 5 could be guys, but only 1 and 2 would go through along with the first girl at 6 (or whatever.)

My favorites were Danny, Anoop, and Alexis. Though the girls really all stunk since Tatiana was better than most. Though she was on something tonight or is trying to "remarket" herself.

Well I'm glad to see all these negative comments re: AI from all you regulars, cuz I did watch and by the end I was just like....

Sorry, just didn't get the hype! Probably isn't my kind of show, which is why I never tuned in before!! Thank goodness I had DVR'd it, though...they could easily fit that show in a 1-hr. time slot if they shaved those commercials in half!!! Ugh.

I don't know anyone's names that I saw. I liked the gal with the short blonde/pink hair (I think even Simon had something positive to say about her??). I also liked the guy who did the country-genre. But I like country music overall... Some of the songs that were picked, like the judges said more than once, just weren't a good fit - they were too "old" for these youngsters, and not good choices for them. HATED the Police song!!! As one of the judges commented on that...you just don't do those!

Oh well, I'll give it one more week (although DH will be home next week and probably think I've taken leave of my senses.... ) but I'm not hopeful that I'll ever love it.

Did I know? You are asking the wrong person. I have throbbing teeth all the time with sinus headaches. My nose also throbs like it has it's own heartbeat.

Sounds like you have serious sinus problems. . . Now if you moved to a warmer climate,



well, it probably wouldn't make a difference, but the ample sun in the winter months would make you feel better about it.
