Friday night I got a Ninetendo DS for her for $129.99 + tax. Today I did 2 shopping trips. The second one involved going to a mall. I DESPISE malls. Anywho, I pass by FYE and saw that they have Ninetendo DS for $109.99 after rebate(before rebate $138.99 + tax). Soooooooooooo, I bought it with all intention of returning the first Ninetendo to Toy's R Us. But, when I got to the car I realized that I had two receipts from FYE. So I'm going to wait a few days, maybe a week, and return that one with one receipt and the other receipt I'm going to use for the rebate. Is this wrong???

I got her the Ninetendo, a pink luggage set, an umbrella, and I'll get her one game for the Ninetendo. For her stocking I got 2 pairs of stretchy gloves and a knitted thing that goes around your head to warm the ears. I'm also getting her Shrek 3

I just got back from a very fun WDW weekend. Was hoping to see Mean Queen, but nope. Today was MGM and yesterday was Magic Kingdom. I am proud to say I've officially ridden Tower of Terror!

Hey ya'll!! I hope you have all had a great weekend. I spent most of the weekend on a backhoe with hubby. Had to get the grade just right on the new yard. ( I think he is obessed with this.) We even had to take the robotic out to shoot an elevation to make sure the yard had the right slope to it. I know that I am going to really appreciate his attention to detail when it rains. It just made for a looooong and very tiring weekend. At least it is done now. One more thing marked off the list!

Hey! I didn't know you were going this weekend too. We did Epcot all day Saturday and MK today. We actually made it for the rope drop! It was so fun and exciting. I even got teary eyed seeing how happy the family of the day was waving to the crowd. I hope one day to get my whole family up early enough to see the rope drop. The time change sure helped us get there on time.

I just heard my Rope Drop opening annoucement and now have my music playing - perfect way to start a new week!!

I had a great scrap booking weekend away! Tons-o-fun. I made some really neat pages, one of my boys and several from the Disney trip last year!

Well, back to reality.... Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work I go.... to earn some money for that next trip!

Now Disney Ears just needs to stop by and update us on her dancing and everyone will have checked in.

PAMom - I think you should have kept the other DS for yourself. We got one for my DD for her birthday and I liked it so much I asked for one for mine. I love playing Brain Age2 and other games on it while I wait in car line to pick my DD up. But those were great deals. Now comes the hard part, finding deals on games. Those things are expensive and small (as in easy to lose.)

we spent the weekend at my grandparents, while my parents were picking out tiles for the new house (which is nearby).
I, on the other hand, spent my time looking up ebay on my phone for 50/60's stuff for my room XD

We're going for Thanksgiving with some other family members to celebrate my grandfather's 80th birthday. I'm not really looking forward to it because it's been hard getting everyone to make plans. They don't seem to understand that it's not easy to just get a table for 4 let alone 13. Though we are planning on seeing the Osbourne Lights, a holiday tradition with my family.

I'll have to work on a trip report, though I'm not sure how exciting "eating, shopping, more shopping, drinking, eating til I want to throw up" is for others to read.

Gee, suddenly it seems like we all have a life again and no time to post!!

I'm just popping in for a moment before I retire for the evening. 6am comes so fast!! At least it's light out now and I don't feel like I'm getting up in the middle of the night.
