Its snowing in Texas!!!! I want SNOW!!! I have snow in one of the Christmas trees. (The big one) I have real (plastic) crystal snowflakes EVERYWHERE. I want to make Christmas snow angels. Oh snow fairy, snow fairy, snow fairy....please bring us snow.

You people and your cold weather talk. It's a high of 79 here today. Though tomorrow a cold front comes. We'll have the rain everyone else has been getting with drops to 70, then low 60's over the weekend. Figures I have to work this weekend outside.

Oh and no, we're not getting snow here. They got some in El Paso yesterday - waaaayy out west near New Mexico, and apparently they got some up in Amarillo (far north, panhandle) and Dallas (still north of here) this morning.

I sure do! But not because of the weather. DD3 was up all night with a fever. She was on antibiotics for an ear infection, so we were confused. Took her to the doctor again today and they said not only did that ear infection not go down as much as they'd like, the other ear was developing an infection! I have an appointment now to see an ENT. The doctor is worried the infections could be causing hearing damage. This is her 5th one of the year. I think after this round, we've tried every antiobiotic you can.

Um. No thank you. There's a reason I live in Florida and it's not just Disney. I don't do well in cold. It's much easier to me to cool off than to warm up.

I'm so sorry Mean Queen. Give her a hug for us. I hope the ENT is able to figure things out for her. Are you thinking he/she will want to put in tubes?

Well, looks like the bad weather is starting to move in. We are under a tornado watch. Schools in our Tri-County area has cancelled all after school activities.

Awww come on. You at least miss the prettiness about it. If we see any at all, its just a dusting. I think twice in my life we have had close to a foot on the ground. And one of those times was actually a white Christmas.

I was just looking at your ticker. Its possible that hubby and I will (fingers crossed) may be there around the same time you are. Our time to go is the Christmas season. As a matter of fact today would have been our last day there. But there was just no way. He is working all day and late into the night right now. I did get him to take Thanksgiving day off though. DD and I are talking about a possible trip in Feb. or March. ( It will be our first mother daughter trip) I refuse to put a ticker in my signature. Tickers seem to mean death to my trips. Its the little sneaky ones that seem to work.

Well, here is the first picture. It was taken from the second floor landing. ( The one thing that I don't like about posting pictures is my wall color is always washed out. The color is like coffee with a lot of creamer in it.) As soon as we can get the front porch put back together I will post more. Right now everything from the porch is in the house. This is on a ledge above my front door.
