Thanks for the input everyone! V & A's was hands down the best meal of my entire life, that's why I thought it would something special. It is expensive but AKL is three times what the dinner would cost me. I'm just thinking maybe AKL would be better for a more relaxing trip with lots of pool swimming, massages, etc.

This event begins with cookies, snacks and beverages before you "set sail" on your magical voyage where you'll have prime viewing of the Magic Kingdom's "Wishes" and "Electrical Water Pageant." Before you board, none other than Captain Hook and his hapless first-mate Mr. Smee arrive for some mayhem and photos. Your host for the night is "Patch," a pirate of dubious distinction. As you sail along the Seven Seas Lagoon, Patch will have you singing along and challenge you to some Disney Trivia.

Your "ship will set anchor" at the perfect spot overlooking the Magic Kingdom to view "Wishes". From there you return to the pier while Patch regales you with the story of Peter Pan. When you arrive, you'll see that none other than Peter himself is there to greet you.

Well DH was all about the early-December idea for next year (getting to see the Christmas decorations, the Osbourne lights, not touring in blazing heat....) so I'll be booking that after the 1st of the year.

Then I'll be hoping and praying for SOME kind of deal cuz I know what that package will otherwise cost me!!

Hmm....better start thinking about ADRs!!

Well DH was all about the early-December idea for next year (getting to see the Christmas decorations, the Osbourne lights, not touring in blazing heat....) so I'll be booking that after the 1st of the year.

Then I'll be hoping and praying for SOME kind of deal cuz I know what that package will otherwise cost me!!

HA!!! Not a chance! That's a wonderful perk of booking with Dreams.....my gal Shirley will handle ALL my ADRs! I just tell her where we want to eat with a rough outline of when (I could be exact but we're pretty flexible so I give her some room to work with) and she does all the work. Then *BAM!*....I get a nifty e-mail telling me my dates and times. Niiice!

Mean Queen has a good idea with the Fireworks voyage, someone else mention the Tea at GF. There are so many choices with extra special things to do that it's fun to think about. You have the Dessert Party, horseback riding, segway tours, massage, parasailing, animal programs, Richard Petty experience and so much more. Happy planning.

Have you tried those quick dissolve jr. Tylenols? I think it's mostly for 6 - 12, but your DD sounds close enough. Plus, it'd be better than gagging.

She takes those things for her dad. She takes them for the nurse at school. She gags & vomits when she takes them for me. The only thing she ever took for me they don't make anymore. Tylenol made it. It was a liquid that you could put a "flavor packet" in it and it changed the taste of it.
