Hey Dis!

I have family that are coming for my wedding in July. My cousin said that she wasn't planning on bringing car seats (one car seat + one booster) with them but I told her it might be easier and less time consuming as a lot of us will have cars to help carpool to pick up the tuxes, to and from the rehearsal, and the morning of the wedding as we're getting ready.

Are you able to check the car seats for free with the airline and tag them with magical express tags?? or does that seem like too much with two parents, stroller, 2 kids (ages 2 and 5), and 2 car seats?

Thanks!!

Well, if she plans on having kids in the cars at all while there then she has no choice as it's the law.

Car seats can be checked for free with the airlines and I assume with ME as well.

If they are expensive car seats I would check them without ME and pick p at the oversize counter. The reason, we had one broken when arriving at the room. To report it to airline you have to be at he airline, RAC states its that way when they received it.....after going n circles, I just turned it in on the trip insurance.

If the seat is airline approved and willing parent to lug it, it is nice or the child in flight.

Can she gate check them. This way they don't have to go to the baggage claim.
