im kinda new to the dis what is a tag fairy

If you look under some of the user name's, you will see colorful phrases. Those were left under their names by the "Tag Fairy". He or she reads peoples responses and picks little funny phrases or things they say and puts them under their user name as a present. Check um out, they are fun to read!
