Disney Dining Experience (DDE).

If that doesn't answer your question I'll give a brief description. TIW is a dining discount program for Disney. Annual Pass holders and Florida residents are eligible for the program which has a fee. The program provides a 20% discount for certain restaurants, most of which are table service locations. There are some eligible counter service locations usually where a TS location is not on site. The discount applies to food and alcohol which makes it a great bargain if you like fine dining with wine. It's good for up to ten people as long as their meal is included on the bill of the TIW card holder. There is an automatic 18% gratuity added for any TIW bill at a TS location. It's good on most dates with some holidays excluded.

This a great deal if, as mentioned above, you like fine dining with wine or if you are taking a longer trip to Disney. If you are taking a long trip buying the annual pass for one person may make sense with the TIW and resort discounts.
