Has anyone heard what they are doing with tables in Wonderland with regard to reimbursements or extensions? Bought mine in November and had three trips planned this year. One is already canceled, the second trip is under massive restrictions with regards to occupancy limits, and the third one is in October, and who knows what that will look like. Thanks for any help.

Very early on TiW said that expiration of our TiW cards will be extended the length of time the parks will be closed.

Yup - robbed. Lots of promises, no extension. Until all of this gets resolved (including decent restaurants opening) - I would avoid buying.

Perhaps I missed it..??
I read TIW will be extended by the number of days the park is closed, but...
My TIW was set to expire at the end of March. I really *should* only be entitle to a couple of extra weeks, not several months.

I’m sure I just missed it buried in the fine print.

Do we have to request a new card with the correct expiry date?

That's a good question. It doesn't say anything about it, so I think I'm going to let my new expiration date drive my decision. Mine's going to expire in September, so I probably won't bother.

No official notice to us, about an extension. Until we GET one? Our TIW, exp 11-2020, has been looted. It's moot, as there are no SIGS open.

The official notice was posted on website, not sent to individuals. There are still tons of restaurants besides signatures. Your TIW will be extended somewhere around 4 months, so March 2021

ummmm - which website? I could be a little slow, but https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/, or https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/ ?.

You see, the problem is that every TIW card is pretty specific. Something Generic like "4 months" does not really help individual card owners, with a hard "good to (this date)" printed on the back :(.

All of this could be solved with the existing card holder database, linked to the existing WDW mass email system, and a basic batch job :(. Not seeing it....

It says it will be extended by the number of days the parks are closed, so, it does not need to be card specific.

Lovely - now send email to existing holders. Take expiration date, add 4 months.
Anyone seen that? :). When all is said and done.... One Hell of a lot more gets said, than done :).

I sent an email when they closed at the beginning since I just purchased my card. Someone responded saying they are currently closed and would address the situation after they officially reopen. Like others I had 3 trips canceled and had just purchased my card in January during a trip and never used it since then. I would’ve used it 5 trips, but only used it 1 trip and it was only for a party of 2. Waiting to See how 2021 goes. I wanted to cancel my card for a prorated refund and buy a new one once things look more promising.

Cancel, refund, re-buy really DOES sound like the way to go. It's not just the TIW card - it's what the "new" TIW card is good for. Just us, we are not getting this to buy Hot-dogs at Casey's :(.

Have they confirmed no signatures? I know once the DVC resorts open June 22 there won't be any but I figure they'll reopen once everything else does July 15.
