I bought mine on December 7, 2015, and it lasts until Jan 31 2017, so 13 months minus 6 days.

TiW has been great when we've used it, but sadly when ours expires in february it will be our last. I bought the first one strictly because our meal at Victoria and Albert's ....that meal practically paid for the card alone (which is probably why they don't take it there anymore). Both times we bought it we have had an annual pass so we got the most bang for the buck out of it. With 10% discounts for DVC at a lot of places, and not being the big eaters in the restaurants we used to be, and most importantly the 50% increase in price I just don't see it working out for us anymore.

There have been reports of a CM who inputs the wrong expiration. I think you've got an anomaly on your hands, not a new policy.
