I read somewhere that Tables in Wonderland is not accepted on holidays. Does labor day count as a holiday?

Not according to this list I found on allears:

Certain restrictions apply during holidays and special events, please check with the restaurant when you make your reservation. Blackout dates include major holidays: Mother's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

I was just there over the Memorial Day Holiday and was informed that I could not use my TiW card because it was a black out day and had to pay full price for my meal.

So it may also have a restriction on Labor Day, since it's the same type of holiday.

Did you keep your receipt? You should have received the discount. Call the TIW number for a refund. 407-566-5858

I remember a thread a few months ago. Same thing happened to them on Valentine's Day. They called TIW directly and got a refund.

I've seen recent posts from guests who claim restaurants told them TIW is blacked out on Memorial Day and Valentines Day. Neither has ever been listed on the TIW blackout date list, even the most recent one. I would ask for a manager if someone said that I couldn't use it on Labor Day.
