Tables in wonderland/ AP discount

I Am considering doing Tables In Wonderland instead of DDP. Every restaurant I have booked is on the plan except Teppan Edo, and I can change that to another Epcot place. I have some questions:
1) while researching AP discounts I thought I read I could get TIW for $25 off with an AP. Is this correct? That would help make the decision.
2). If it is, can I get it with the voucher number we have for PAPs? Or do I have to wait until I activate it?
3) and if I have to wait to activate my PAP to get it, can I pick it up at the guest services window where I activate it or do I have to go somewhere else?
Thanks. We have two buffets and California Grill for the three of us, and that with the other three TS places would push us over break-even.

We have always picked up TIW at the guest services window. We prefer TIW to DDP. Allows us more flexibility on what we order, sometime we only want appetizers and a beverage.

the $25 you refer to is the discount from the standard price of $125, therefore for annual passholders and DVC members the price is $100.
