Tables in Wonderland 30% off Question

Hello All! I know that for a limited time the Tables in Wonderland card offers 30% off at select WDW restaurants if you dine before 6:30 or after 8:30.

My question is: does anyone know if dining "before 6:30" means a reservation that begins anytime before 6:30 (e.g. 6:15?) or if you must finish dining by 6:30? The first option makes more sense to me.

The 30% discount is only for a handful of restaurants and only until Sept 30th.
