Tables In Wonderland 2012

We are planning to purchase the TIW card next week. Does the list of restaurants usually change each year? I have seen the list for 2011, but I'm curious if it will likely change Jan. 1st.

I've had one for years and as far as I know they only change it when they add new restaurants, or to remove restaurants that have closed.
