We want to eat in Lombard's on our upcoming trip.

Do they take reservations like Disney? If so, how many days in advance can I book?

They might, but you don't need to make any days in advance.
I've never heard of the place being packed, it's in the back of USF across from Earth Quake.

We usually have lunch there and just go before noon and are seated quickly. We have seen people waiting by the time we leave.

We walked right in with no wait...granted it was Mother's Day and the park was empty =)
