Table Service Restaurant in Epcot Japan?

Hi everyone! Is there a table service restaurant in Epcot Japan? If so, do they accept ADRs? If not, what is the best time to arrive to get a table without an extremely long wait? When DH and I were there last year, the Japan restaurants were closed for refurbishment, so I wasn't sure what's open now. We are going in late September. Thanks!

Yes there are actually 2 restaurants in Japan: Tokyo Dining and Teppan Edo. I know that Teppan Edo (Japanese steak house/hibachi) accepts ADRs because I have one there for my trip in a few weeks. I suspect that Tokyo Dining also accepts them but I am not positive.

I just asked that question today while on the phone w/Disney dining.
