Can I use a table service credit for a quick serve meal?

On the regular plan, maybe. You'll have to ask and they might say no, because it's not a rule that you can or can't. Most reports are that resort CS will allow it, park CS might or might not.

On the deluxe plan there are no TS or CS credits, all credits can be used interchangeably.
