Not sure we want to do a table service meal at Hollywood Studios, want to save for Narcoossee's. What would you suggest as a good table service type restaurant. We have done Toy story pizza, and it is ok, but would probably need to eat lunch and dinner.

We like Starring Rolls for an early (about 11:30am) lunch with the ham sandwiches. :)

When we go to DHS in December we are not doing any TS restaurants either, instead we are doing CS meals. We do enjoy TS Pizza Planet a lot and we are going to try out Back Lot Express. For some reason the TS restaurants at DHS does not look too appealing to us.

Mama Melrose and 50's Prime Time are two of our favorites. Fantastic milkshakes at the latter. Plus, it's fun. Great fried chicken, too.

We have been to the 50's cafe, never mama's, I was wondering how the food there was. I think they are both table service not counter service though. But when I look at Magic Kingdom options, they have the most counter service if we decide to go that route. We could just pay for a meal and not worry about it.
I think I had the pot roast at 50's cafe, it was good, but thinking about trying the chicken if we go there!!

50's Prime Time is one of our favorites. Pot Roast and Fried Chicken are my personal favorites there.

We ate at Mama Melrose last week. Great food!! Everyone was very pleased with their meals. I had the flatbread chicken pizza and everyone else had pasta. No complaints at all. Great service as well.

Sci-Fi was really good. Brown Derby was good as well but very pricey and slooooow.pirate:

Mama Melrose was one of my favorite meals on our last trip! We usually do Toy Story Pizza Planet for CS when we are there but I think we might try something else this year.

The only table service location over there that I have been to is 50's Prime Time Cafe which was great, however next month I am going to the Brown Derby for the 1st time and I can not wait to try it.

We like the cobb salad at the Brown Derby for lunch. It's not too pricey for salads and soda if paying OOP. We've not tried anything else on the menu.

and ... We like the burgers at Sci-Fi for lunch.

and ... We like 50's Prime time lunch/dinner. Usually the prices are the same for both lunch/dinner entrees.

and I like Mama M's but it's not DH's favorite.
