This probably isn't the right forum but I'll ask anyways....our poor TA has had to suffer through A LOT of changes for us to finally be able to cruise (close, but not there yet). Constant change, book, re-book, cancel, add, drop, etc. With most everything done through email and a few phone calls (we have never met face to face), what's the best way to send a thankyou? I don't feel comfortable asking for a physical address. What's considered proper?

I would ask for her supervisor's contact info so that you share your appreciation of her hard work with her supervisor. That will be the most generous gift you could give.

And don't forget, your TA will still be earning commission on your sailing. Sometimes the best way to say thank you is to refer him/her to friends and leave positive feedback on their site .
