TA & Online ADR's

Hello all!

I had my wonderful TA do all my dining reservations. I went to the reservation site to change up a few of our ressies (different times), etc. I wanted to cancel one of the ones my TA made, however when I try to retrieve it with the confirmation number and phone number it says they can't find it. Has anyone had this problem before? Maybe I have the wrong phone number? I emailed her about the problem too. I just don't want to have to call in to cancel because after reading other people's threads about having their reservations canceled, I don't want to chance it!

I'm a TA, and this happens a lot. We log in under a master number for our agency, and I guess the system defaults to that, even though we have to put in the client's phone number. I've noticed all the ADRs I get for clients end in the number 1, so apparently this is code for a TA ADR.

FWIW, when I'm logged in on my TA site, I can't pull up any ADRs that a client made on their own either. Can't even pull it up if I have the actual ADR number and the client is sitting here wanting to change/cancel it. I have to call.
