T-shirt Transfer problems. Please HELP!!!

Hi, I'm posting this for my friend who leaves for the World on Monday. She ironed on some transfers and says that each time she stopped as she was peeling off, you could see where she stopped. What did she do wrong? Anyone have any suggestions....??? Please help.

Just peeling the parchment off after ironing on the transfer? Maybe it wasn't cool enough. After letting mine sit for two minutes the paper peeled off very easily--here was no stopping.
