I've received a few PM's from people with DC delivery dates for their packages plus a couple have posted some more have been taken off the received list.

Hopefully we will hear of more arrivals soon!

I'll post another list of those yet to receive tomorrow. Let's hope it is a lot shorter.

Ilse received 2 cool t-shirts, one is white and it read "Illionois state of Lincoln", and it has all the state symbols and icons. Pretty cool.
The other one is tan color and it reads "Chicago" with the Sears tower background.

Shawny also received her exchange from Katie in Washington DC.

She send 2 t-shirts one is a white one from Washington DC, is very pretty and colorfull, the other one is from the Pentagon where Katie's Dad works, she also send a small Toy gum, a toy block, and 3 beautiful bows that matched the shirts, and don't worry, Shawny loves bows and the best part is the she made them, very nice
She also send 2 cool postcards from Virginia with the fun facts about the State and local area.

I love camping and the outdoors, so the shirt is perfect for me.
She send a navy blue Ontario Rondeau Park shirt, she also send a map of the park, a Canada Magnet, Canada Pencil and notepad.

Just checked my delivery confirmation on my exchangee's package. It still claims it is in route. For goodness sake.......................I mailed it 6 days ago! I sure hope she receives it soon!

I received my package today. I got a very nice Chicago t-shirt. I also got a postcard, a keychain, a deck of playing cards (one can never have too many of those) and my fav, a Chicago magnet that is a thermometer.

Well, thank god mot much, just the carpet and some furniture, but the mess of moving things around, and the pile of junk that I didn't know I had

My friends house next door, got hit by lighthing (sp?), poor them.

Oh good! I am very glad to hear that she didn't think that the bows were goofy. Right before we mailed the package I started wondering if she was too old for them. I wore bows in High School, but that was the 1980's and we all looked silly anyway. I didn't bother to learn to make them until I had my own Daughter, though!

Anyway, I am glad that it all got there okay and that she liked it!

Hey doorbell just rang a few minutes ago

I got a parcel from Lisa (chibichibirei).

Lisa I really laughed when I pulled out your "state bird". It's so hilarious but we have plenty of those here already thanks Had one in the house last night too, it kept getting after me.

Lisa sent me the cutest stuffed mosquito I'm still chuckling at it.

Inside my box I also found a pink tshirt that says Minnesota on it. It's great. I have no pink in my collection and I'm going to enjoy it. Also to go with the shirt is a white baseball cap with pink Minnesota on it. Have it on my head at the moment.

Thanks also for the chocolate Minnesota and the Mosquito eggs (bubblegum).
