I know I read on here somewhere that there is a design section for t-shirts. I want to get our family matching t's for our trip in May.

There sure is! Go down under community on the general Disboards.com forums (the main one, before you get to the Trip Planning Subgroup). Go to Creative Disigns. There is an entire Design gallery posted in a sticky at the top, or you can read the threads to find them or ask someone to help with your design. I had so much fun making the shirts for our January trip.
