T-Rex?

We always end up going but usually book an ADR. We are heading to the parks in January and I have tried booking it a few times now online but with no luck. It keeps saying no times available so not sure if it is just booked right up (only trying to book for 2 people for dinner) or if it will be closed when we go.

I know some restaurants are so booked it is difficult to get a reservation but I was able to book Be Our Guest for dinner without a lot of difficulty.

We have Rainforest booked but we enjoy both restaurants so really hoping I am able to get it and it isn't going to be closed. Had this same thing happen before with Tutto Italia because it was going to be under renovations when I tried booking it.

Call the restaurant directly. We're going at the end of September, and I couldn't get ANYTHING online for T-Rex. I called the restaurant directly a few days ago, and booked the exact date and time I wanted with no problem at all. I'm guessing they might only give Disney a small amount of their capacity to use for ADRs.

I tried online again today for January 29 and nothing so I phoned WDW-Dine and they couldn't find anything either. I may try phoning the restaurant directly and seeing if that works like suggested.

T-Rex is not a Disney restaurant and they release only a very small percentage of their tables for booking through Disney. If you call them directly, you will likely have your pick of dates and times.

Does anyone know how far in advance you can book T-Rex? I want to book it for February 2014. I will probably phone within the next few days and see if I can get the date I want.

We were able to book T-Rex at 180+ for our last trip in Feb. 2013

Oh jeez. I never even thought about calling directly! We have a 3:30 ADR and would love something a little later. I only took this time bc it is my little guy's birthday and that is where he chose to celebrate.

Thanks for the tip! I called as soon as I saw this yesterday and they asked me what time was ideal. (The only available time online is 10:00 pm). I told them and they booked it! No comfirmation number, they just use your last name.

No they don't give a confirmation number and it can't be linked. We went last summer for lunch and it was fine.

I just called the restaurant direct last night and was able to get the date I wanted for November. They didn't give me a confirmation number but I had her repeat our reservation details to be sure she had everything correct.

Nope, it is like a normal restaurant that you would make a reservation at. It isn't disney owned so they operate differently when not making the reservation through Disney.

Checked the website today (as now all my computers have the updated Disney website (before only my laptop did) and was able to find dates for 2014.

I was able to book us in for February 5 using the website

I also just booked for February 6 using the website, so Disney must have just added these dates! I wasn't able to find any availability on the website a few weeks back...

If you call TRex directly you shouldn't have a problem getting a reservation. I've been told that they only release a certain number of reservation to Disney. We were able to get a lunch and dinner reservation for this weekend. Your confirmation number is your last name. Unfortunately. you can't link it with your other dining reservations but when you go to the podium to checkin, just give them your last name.

This exactly. My T-Rex reservation is under my last name.
