Sorry If this has been asked, but is the t-rex restraunt part of the same owner as Rainforest?,I have the rainforest discount card and wanted to use if I can.

While T-Rex is a Landry's restaurant, if it is like Yak and Yeti, you cannot use the RFC card for discounts or priority seating. You can use a Landry's gift card. :thumbsup2

We actually just got off the phone with T-Rex. You have to call them directly to make reservations. We have the Rainforest VIP card and asked about it and the girl on the phone told us that as of January 5th, the VIP card from Rainforest does also work at T-Rex. It seems like it works the same as it does at rainforest.

That is great news! Thanks for posting!! :thumbsup2

I called today and confirmed they will take the safari club card now. We are going in Feb.

TRex is Rainforest with a different theme. We walked up with no ressies and had to wait perhaps 5-10 minutes for lunch. Try and get seated in the ice cave, it's cool actually.

I'm happy to hear this!!! We are safari club members and was a bit bummed we wouldn't be able to use it
