T-Rex Restaurant and Rainforest Cafe Reservations

First, anyone know when the T-Rex restaurant will open in DD? It says fall, but that could mean September or I guess as late as November. We'll be there the 1st week of Oct. and DS LOVES dinos. I so want to go.

Also, can I make ADR's for the Rainforest Cafe or is it a different process?

For Rainforest you call them directly. I dont know if the AK one does reservations but I have made them at the downtown Disney one before
