Is the T-Rex restaurant on the Dining Plan? Which restaurants are part of the dining plan in Downtown Disney? What is considered to be the best, besides Wolfgang Puck.

There is no Emerils at DTD. I think Emerils is at Universal. You may confusing Wolfgang Puck as there is one of those there and it is on the dining plan.

Unfortunately T-Rex isn't included on the DDP or the DxDDP.
