T-Rex - How's the food?

We really enjoy T-Rex and have always had good meals there. I have had the appetizer sampler as my meal before-that was fun. I had the roasted chicken and potatoes last time and it was great. My sis always get the chicken salad and DH gets the Philly sandwich-no complaints!

Did we mention the meteor shower? We took an older couple (don't know why) but they loved it.

We love it! When comparing to big chain restaurants this one is definitely up there for atmosphere and taste. We have been there a couple of times and we have always had a great experience and the food was always wonderful! I have found that boys and girls alike enjoy T-Rex. The changes of the colors and the meteor shower every 15-20 minutes is awesome!

The place is neat, but rather loud.
The food is just ok. The best part was the waffle fries

The food is okay, not great. I actually like going for the appetizers and love the desserts.

Our family eats at T-Rex every trip to Orlando, and we have also been to the one in KC.

I really like their ribs (same as Rainforest Cafe) and chicken combo. Tried the nachos but didn't think they were anything special. You won't want appetizers, though, because you will definitely want to save room for their big chocolate dessert....can't remember what it is called, but it is the T-Rex version of the Rainforest Cafe Volcano dessert.....enough to share for the whole table and well worth the cost and the whole meal in my opinion.

I think it's called The Chocolate Extinction. If it's as tasty as the one at RFC, then I'm all over that!

We ate there last night....

Very loud, very slow to get food but they rushed you out once it got there.

Food was bad and extremely expensive. Nothing more than a rainforest cafe.
