T-Rex Cafe @ Downtown Disney

Has anyone heard whether building work has started yet on the T-Rex Cafe?
I'm assuming that it's unlikely to be open in time for my trip in March 2008!

The rumored area has not even been touched. There is no sign of anything coming down or going up, as of Sunday evening anyway.
