We are planning a trip for Sep 21-30. Do we need to make ressies for Trex, or do they even take them? If so do we just call the same number we booked our Disney park ADRs or do we need to call someone else? Thanks for all the help. Also, is this a good spot to get a decent meal with 3 kids that are picky?

we were there Oct 3 this last year, we were not able to walk in to t-rex but we were able to walk in to rain forest cafe
you can make ADR online at www.disneyworld.com in the book i area,
we go one for this trip
i think its one of those places you are going for them themeing more then the food

Call T-Rex directly to make an adr. I went through Disney and was told there was nothing available, but had no problem when i called T-Rex. I guess Disney only holds a certain number of tables at this restaurant. The number is (407)828-8739, and they take them 180 days in advance. When we went in January, we had 4 picky kiddos in our party and they had a blast.
:)

To be honest... Everytime I call to make a reservation I end out waitting longer then if I just walked up without one.... Its not as insane busy anymore as when it first opened.... Plus you always quick self-seat yourself at the bar. And I took my 13 yr old sister and she loved the bar cause of the fish and the moving octopus tentacles.

Like others have said call the T-rex main #, Disney dining only has fewer openings. Last year on Oct. we had lunch at 12:00 and I'm glad we made a ressie as the wait was about 40 min. without one.
