This has already been talked about. Yavn did this magic pin a while ago. I turns you into one of the costumes that was accidently sold. It is the seaweed looking thing.

See my Speculation on upcoming items thread. I believe that "T I C M P" stands for "Turn Info" something something "Magic Pin", and for right now I'm speculating that "C M" might be "Cursed Mate". There's also a set of C M clothing in the database.

Obviously it is a pin to transform the person into a member of Davy Jones' Crew (Piratey yet covered in seaweed).

And the fact that there is a new costume coming out of the same thing leads me to believe there are going to be huge-scale Pirate Wars on VMK:

There are the leaders that are permanently in costume with the little foot-soldiers wielding the magic pins (Jack Sparrow Costume, Pirate magic pin, Cursed Mate costume, Cursed Mate magic pin).

it was the davey jones costume it was accidently released and later that day they deleted them all that were sold so no one has it

If you go back and check the a certain thread. ( I don't know which one ) It was an optional costume that you could get for setting up a mule. Nobody has it because vmk went back and deleted every costume.
