Systems down???

Just got through! Booked Yacht Club 7/5, October 2-9 for $3011.74. 4 Adults, 1 Child. :)

But I have a problem! I also booked my MNSSHP tickets and she didn't ask me what date and I was distracted with DD. So she booked them and I have no idea what date they are for! I called back and the guy told me that there was no way to check. I had to wait until I got my tickets! He said they would probably be able to exchange them. I have a feeling she booked me for Halloween night! AHHH!

Can anyone tell me if they should be able to look up the date that she booked for me?

OK, I am updating my own post already! LOL!

I called back and got a different CM and she said the system was still down. She sounded surprised that I booked my MNSSHP tickets this morning. But she said they can definitely check what date they were booked for. She took all of my information, the date I wanted, etc. and said as soon as the system was up she would look it up and fix it for me and call me back!

I feel a little better now! LOL!

Finally got through. A CM told me her computer was down but some of her co-workers on the some floor were taking bookings!!!
I kept trying and finally got through. The long distance callsl probably cost more than the savings, but hey I'M GOING TO DISNEY.

Has anyone booked using the code shown on Mousesavers. Disney agent says this code doesn't work. He is checking with his supervisor. :crazy:
 

I got through at 8:50 a.m. on the 800 # and a CM picked up right away. I was shocked. She didn't even know the new codes were out yet! Got the Poly, so now I am happy. I had tried several times earlier and was told systems were down, so I don't know if I just got lucky or if the systems are completely back up.
 
I FINALLY got a CM who's computer was up.....she sounded surprised that others were down...I got the WL Woods View for $134....2 rooms for 7 nights $2092 total!

The CM never even asked me for a code! I just realized that. I called at 7:10am, got off the phone at 7:45 am. I booked WL 'woods view' 7 for 5 at a cost of $2,098.xx.

I am starting to doubt myself now! We originally called wanting AKL - but she said they only had savannah views for this deal. We were open to other resorts so we are going with AKL. There are 2 adults, 1 8yo child. Is $2000 really worth it?!?!? I am so nervous now that it has sunk in. LOL!
 
I just got off the phone, (9:43 A.M. EDT) I was on hold for less than 30 seconds. She took my information, gave me the rates and booked two hotels for me. She did mention that they had a glitch with the 7 for 5 but AP rates were now in the system and back up and running.

She told me she was in the Orlando Area CRO.

I told my girlfriend's dad about this offer, and he just got off the phone. He tried to use the AP code, but they said to try back later because the computer was down.
 
Can somebody give me the 1800 # for Disney reservations? I'm going to keep calling until I get a CM whose computer is up and running. I really want to get WL or YC for this July.

My worries are over. I heard from my DU agent and between our 2 rooms for 3 nights at ASSP and 4 at the Poly we saveed about 460.00! :Pinkbounc
 
I have spoken with four CMs this morning, three of whom gave me a different estimate on when the computers will be back up. The fourth one told me that the computers were not in fact down at all, but that the system was being unreliable (a recent "upgrade" was apparently responsible :p) . She said that it was making things more difficult, but it was not really that big a deal.

PS She was able to check the rates for me, and that is when I found that the AP rate is exactly the same as the Fl Disney Visa rate that I already have! Oh well...
 
Thank you DisneyLisa for the reply. Got WL @ $134nt. AP rate for July 11-18.

I also was told by CM on first call that system would be down for 2 hrs, but when I called back 15mins later the CM was able to pull up all codes at all resorts and book my vac no problem. It's real hit and miss. Keep calling and good luck.
