Systems down???

I just called and the CM said that I should call back in an 1 to 1 1/2 hours because they were working on the system and that was the projected time it would take to get them up and running. I called at 8:15.

Just off the phone at 8:20 EST and was also told the systems were down. He spent awhile taking all my info and said I'd get a call back.

I just got off the phone ~ 10 minutes ago. "Gemini" was able to book the 5+2 Package for me.

She was the 3rd CM I had talked to. The first 2 said their systems were down and when she answered I asked if hers was down - luckily no. She was one of less than 1/2 of the CMs that had systems that were running. She said the techs were running around like crazy.

I think it is about 8.23 EST and I have been told the system is down. I am phoning long distance from England and can't keep ringing back every few minutes. Would somebody please be kind enough to post a message on here if they know things are up and running again. I'd be really, really grateful!

Just called again. I got through right away, but she said the computers were still down. And to call back in an hour.

Was on hold for 35 minutes, started working with the CM and my the system went down. He just called me back at 8:33 to say that it will be down for quite a while!

I called back 2 more times & once was told it would be a half an hour & the other was told 1 hour at most.......I'm beginning to think it's a conspiracy....

at 8:15 the systems that could book the 7 for 5 were down.

I guess it depends on what you are booking if the system is up or not.

Just got thru, system still down!

First call at 7 am...on hold for 20 min. and told systemm was down.
Called back 7:10, t5old system was down.
Called 7:11 and booked using the AP code AZB for AKL and CR-Tower, woo hoo!

Called back just now, just to make sure it was really there, and the CM confiirmed my CR rate, but then to check my AKL, she said her system went down, to call back in 2 hours. I'll call back right now! LOL!!

Computers are UP...got in..25 minute wait....he booked it right off..but said..that some peoples computers are slow as rates are still loading. Good luck all.. Got the Beach Club.. i am so excited!

I called at 7:10...got thru at 7:30...no problem with system being down at all-booked my 7 for 5 package and was done about 8:00!
I also called on the 1-800 number..not sure if that made any difference!

Called 7:50, on hold for 20 minutes, was told system down.

Called back 8:25. got right through and booked!

I just got through and booked my AP rates. Couldn't get standard room for the first ressie at WL but got woods view. Then waited a few minutes (5 tops) and thought I would at least verify so I called back and the CM said computers are down, so it definitely matters where your call goes or either I was extremely lucky.

At the one site the computer has been up the whole time. At the other site the computer was down. I had a very sweet woman take my information AND called me back within 25 minutes! There are no standard views left at WL so I will keep my woodsview. Happy to get any discount at all.
