Systems down???

Was on hold 25 minutes only to be told the systems are down and he couldn't access anything! Everyone else seems to be booking.

I've been on the phone 35 mins, but actually holding w/ a CM while they got the system updated. She's booking me now

I was on hold 25 minutes before this happened. Do you think he made it up? Sitting there at his screen going nope can't do it...hee, hee, hee!

40 minutes later I was told the system is down...apparently its still downloading rates into the new system.....the CM took my telephone number and said she'll call me back. We'll see!!

I was told system is down (after 30 min. on hold) CM I spoke with was very nice, she offered to take my info. and apply the code when system is up and running. She also took my phone number and said she'd call me later to let me know...don't know whether or not she will but at least she was pleasant! Crossing my fingers now! (if I didn't have to leave for school, I'd chance it and call back. oh well) Hope others are having better luck than me!

Oh no! Is anyone else having flash backs of last year when the AP rates starting 8/24 came out for a few minutes, a couple Disers snagged some, and then they went down and were never rereleased?
Times like this Im glad I use DU. I just have to hope for the best and wait for an email.

I was on hold for 40 minutes and then was told the system was down. I dread looking at my phone bill. UGH.

Bummer.........on hold for 46 minutes and now CM says the system is down. I was calling for the 5 + 2 Dream maker package since the ap rates do not include September. The CM is supposed to call me back. Sure hope so.

I wonder if the system being down has something to do with which call center you end up in the que for.....There's one in Tampa & one in Orlando......

Some people are still getting rates, so that may be the problem.

I just talked to a guy who said his computer was down. He could not do a thing. He also said that some CM's computers were down and some were not.

I just called back and got a women. She said hers was down too and to call back this afternoon.

I just got off the phone and the system is still down. The CM took my number and will call back when the system is up.
