I was told system is down (after 30 min. on hold) CM I spoke with was very nice, she offered to take my info. and apply the code when system is up and running. She also took my phone number and said she'd call me later to let me know...don't know whether or not she will but at least she was pleasant! Crossing my fingers now! (if I didn't have to leave for school, I'd chance it and call back. oh well) Hope others are having better luck than me!
