I am so mad!! It is my 180 mark, been up since the crack of dawn and can't make any ressies because it won't confirm my reservation number!! Any suggestions, besides calling at 7:00
I was having the same problem, so I called the tech support line. They say it is a known problem, and has been going on for about 3 weeks now. If you are experiencing this issue, the only way to use the dining plan to make your reservations is to call the reservations line.
Had the same problem but after a long conversation with tech support and supervisors I was told that my issue is that I have another reservation in December and the dining system could not see anything but that first reservation.
Had same exact reservation scenario last year, but didn't have this issue.
I had this problem last week. I just gave up and tried later in the day. But I don't want any character breakfast so was not in a panic. It's so frustrating! A billion dollar company with a messed up server!
