System Unavailable

Is it just me, or is the online booking system always unavailable? I try to book through the passholder offers, but it ALWAYS comes up unavailable. I updated Internet Explorer and Windows, thinking that was the issue and it is still happening. I have emailed Disney about it, but they just apologized. Is it my computer/browser or a Disney site thing? So frustrating.

If it is just my computer, does anyone have any suggestions? I can't call Disney to book. I am too undecided about what resort/dates that I need to see what is available at what prices in order to book.

This has been happening to me when I use Internet explorer. I have to price things out on Modzilla. This is on my home computer. At work I can use Internet explorer and it works just fine. I would try a different browser like modzilla.

Try clearing your cookies and temporary files. That usually fixes it for me!

I clear my cookies constantly. Disney has so much spyware. I swear every website I go to I get a Disney pop up.

When I have that problem, I switch over to Google Chrome. I usually don't have any problems with I get into it with Google Chrome. Although, it might help if Disney's top IT guys weren't Stitch and Animal from the Muppets.
