Anyone else having a hard time tying in your resort ressie to the dining ressie? I keep getting the following message:

"We were unable to confirm your resort reservation. Please check the details of your reservation and try again, or call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463"

I used it this morning with no problem! :confused3

I checked (and double-checked and triple-checked) all of the info. and I'm still getting that message. arrggghhhh Am I doing something wrong?
 
I had the same problem last night, and sent a "contact us" email to let WDW know. They're having ridiculous problems with the reservation system.

That said, I had better luck in Firefox than in IE, who knows WHY!
 
That happened to me the other day. All I did was hit update reservations on the right hand side and then everything popped up.
 

Today is day 180 for me and after trying all morning beginning at 6:30 I finally gave up and called Technical Support and the CM said it was the system and that they were aware of it. She said it wasn't letting anyone make the 180 days+10. She said I could call, no kidding I don't want to have to call. I went ahead and did my important ones on the phone this morning and I'll call and do the rest after work. Geez, fix the problem!!!

I am having trouble too. I was able to cancel one reservation and add it again. When I tried to tie in my dining plan, I got the same message others are getting. I am going to leave it alone for now. I sure don't want to mess up anything I have already booked.
 
I had the same issues this morning. I had to do all of our ADRs over the phone. The system is still not working.
 
Got that same message this morning, no matter what I did. Tried calling the Dining line and that automated system told me that I wasn't at my 180 mark yet, which I know I am because the online system let me make my arrival day reservation. So I finally called Member Services (we are DVC) and got a live human being and he was able to do it no problem, but said that other people had been complaining about the online system the last couple of days. I hate taking up a person's time to do this for me, I just wanted to do it online myself!
 
Same here. It pulls up my resort reservation and then when I try to make anything more than 180 days out, it won't recognize the resort reservation that it was just showing.
I would like to do them all on the computer, so that I can print them out and have them all organized like the big dork that I am, lol.:lmao:
 
I made most of my reservations online yesterday, but this morning I can't do anything on the Disney site.
 
Could not book the 180+10 online today either. We are DVC so called MS and the CM first told me I was outside my window. :lmao: Told her no, I could make one day but not the whole week. Put on hold for a while and then she figured it out I guess. 25min later I had made my 4 ADRs and was off the phone. Thought it was a hassle too having to give my CC# each time for each ressie, you'd think they could enter that info and have it carry over. Not a huge crisis, got everything I wanted. :thumbsup2
