System problem when booking dining???

I tried calling yesterday and today to book CRT and the rep on the phone said they're having problems booking due to the upgrade. Anyone else having this same issue? I just don't want the booking filled up because the system wasn't working. Any suggestions??

The website seems to be having problems still. I just tried to do online check in and it will not work. Also could not pull up my hotel or dining ressies at all. Frustrating, but trying to be patient.

We are going next week and wanted to confirm my ADR's but no luck, I hope they didn't get dumped,can't trust computers. I'll have to check later

Yeah, they're definitely having problems due to the upgrade.

I called this morning to change a CRT reservation from 6 to 4 people and they're unable to make changes to any of my existing ADR's. The ADR is for the 20th and the system is going to be down again next week. The rep I talked to was quite unhelpful. She told me there was really nothing that could be done and I could ask the restaurant for a refund when I get there.

2 of my ADR's weren't showing up. I needed to cancel one and double check that the other one was still there so I ended up calling. I was on hold for 20 mins last night and she was able to confirm my missing ressies and canceled the one I needed canceled. I'm leaving on Friday and wanted to make sure it was done to allow someone else to pick up a ressie if they need it!!!

I only had 2 of my 8 ADR's showing up and the manual enter of the comformation # didn't work so I called and they are all there, so I guess I'm safe for next week.
