System lost my Ohana reservations...

Are you sure? There's a whole huge thread somewhere around here about recent missing ADRs. Personally, none of mine are showing up, and I can't even pull them up by confirmation number. Other people have said they've called and all the reservations are there, while others say some are still missing, but that the system is still being worked on and they should all be back up (even missing ones) on the 20th. I'd try not to worry too much yet.

Yep, went thru all my confirmations with one of the people on the dining reservation line. Most of my reservations were gone, gone, gone. There were only two that were still there.

To think, they are going to work on the system again on the 19th and screw it all up again.

I agree with the PP on waiting before worrying. The system is still being worked on and things will likely right themselves in the end. As bad as Disney's IT is, I doubt that even they didn't take a backup of the system before the latest upgrade. Though they've surprised me before.

Also, as mentioned, there is a huge thread where everyone is having the same problem that you are. I am going to close this thread and refer you here for further updates on the system upgrade.
