Could I just ask when you rang the reservation number did you still get the message that the systems are down because I have just rang and hung up when I heard that message, should I hold for an advisor?

Just managed to make all my bookings

There was still a message to say that you could not make any bookings but just ignored it and spoke to someone that managed to make them all for me!
