I just tried to call again on the off chance I would get one of those magical cast members giving out the AP rates. I was told that their system is down, and he offered to take my information and call me back, or said I could call back later. I decided to call back later.

Could they be updating? We can dream, right?

I should have known something was up when I got through without a wait.

Well, we all believe in magic, so we can keep right on wishing and hoping can't we!!! Fingers crossed that those AP rates come out!!
