S'yall real soon - Postcard?

Have not been very active online recently, so might have missed a post on this, but here goes. We went to WDW in August and today in the mail there was a nice postcard from the gang with our family name on it. Nice little surprise to come home too, but was quite shocked as this is the first time we are receiving something like this. Not sure if everyone is getting something on their return, or just DVC members?

We also received the postcard from our August trip. We thought maybe it was because we stayed one night at AofA before heading over to BLT and BCV for the rest of our vacation. Happy to hear that DVC members are receiving these for DVC stays too. My 4 year old was ecstatic when he received mail from Mickey! It's the little things that make us happy!

They go out to everyone. We've been getting them for a couple years now. There are occasionally posts about them on the theme parks boards.

Oh, my. Now I feel left out. I've never received such a postcard! Our recent visits include:

• DVC Boardwalk Villas, June 2012
• DVC Vero Beach, June 2012 (but booked through RCI)
• DVC Villas Grand Californian, April 2012
• DVC Boardwalk Villas, January 2012
• DVC Aulani, Sept 2011

With so many recent visits, I'd expect at least one to have triggered something that "go to everyone." I'm sad.

Oh, my. Now I feel left out. I've never received such a postcard!

I've only seen 1 of these come through and that was for the trip before last. It was cute but did make me wonder if it's a normal thing they send out.

When we go more often I think Disney gets into a "Oh, gee, you actually left us?" mode and don't bother to send out the card.

I don't know why we get so many, they have to see we come back multiple times per year!

Oh don't feel bad, your have company. We have gone at least once per year since 2008, 2011 we went 2 times, this year we went 3 times and received jsut the one card. I'm going to be happy with this one then, we may not get another in a very long time.

I was beginning to think it had something to do with the YES program since we did it this year for the first time, so there goes that theory as well. Oh well.
