SWW Special Dining Tip Envelopes

Has anyone made tip envelopes for the two dining events at DHS for Star Wars Weekends? Or would someone be willing to try them. Mel I really like your stuff, but I like other Disigners as well. One is at Hollywood and Vine and the Other at Sci-Fi. If anyone is willing to give these a shot, I would appreciate it!!
