Sword In Stone Pin

Hello,
Everytime i use my sword in stone pin i cant pull the sword out
I have been in rooms with no ppl and with ppl and i still dont get 1 thing

They do the chances of getting the sword out randomly, like for example, picking a number out of a hat.

Okay but i tried to pull the sword more than 10 times but it dont work..

At the beginning of the month, the chances of getting the pin out were really high, now they are kinda low (they have been lowered at the beginning of the month, I haven't really tried to get the sword since then)

I dont think the chances have lowered. In the beginning of the month the Dark rides were PACKED with ppl trying to get Coral magic now that alot of people have got their fill not as many people are riding and trying to pull the sword so there are just not as many people trying and failing which makes you fail more often than not...

During the beginning of the month my husband tried 30 times and only got 2 pins where as I was getting one almost every time I tried.
