For those of you who are waiting for the next set of AP rates to come out, were your reservations made online or by phone? I'm getting ready to book our October trip and I'm not sure how I should book. If I book online, can I "switch" my reservation over to the AP rate or do I have to cancel and rebook? If I book by phone, can I only call the passholder line between 2-5? We are looking at staying CR magic kingdom view or the Poly and I know both of those can be snapped up in a heartbeat, so I want to make an educated decision on this. I have always booked the "old way" where I waited for the rates and then called to have my ressie changed. Oh, the stresses of going on vacation! ;) :teeth:

I would book by phone. I made a reservation online that I needed to cancel. I called to cancel and it was pain for them to do over the phone. After that experience I will always book by phone in case I make changes to the reservation.

You do not need to do your call between 2 - 5 anymore. You can now call at any time. It has returned to the "old way." :sunny: Good luck!

Tinks--Thanks so much! I didn't realize the call hours had changed. That makes a huge difference! Now, I just have to decide which resort to stay in! :teeth:
