We are a family of 5 sailing April 16th on the Fantasy. We just found out that my son’s robotics team worlds competition is April 20-23. Their team has not yet qualified for it but came really close at the competition this past weekend and have another chance to qualify in two weeks. If they do qualify he wants to stay behind and not sail with us, as he is one of the drivers of the robot and is an integral part of his team. We are sad that this might be the case as we have all been looking forward to sailing again and at 17 this is his last chance at the teen club. If he doesn’t come could we change passengers to girlfriend who has never sailed and is not on the robotics team. Her dad is battling cancer so the cruise wouldn’t be something her parents would be able to do right now. We won’t know until two weeks before sailing. Before we say anything to his girlfriend or her parents is this even possible? We are sailing under a discounted Florida resident rate if that makes a difference. She’s the same age as my son so it shouldn’t change the kids club balance. Thanks

Typically, yes, this is do-able. I believe there may be a cost for such changes the closer you do it to embarkation day. I'd suggest calling DCL (I know, it's awful to have to actually talk to someone right now) and asking the particulars on how to do it.
